Do I need DSBM membership to ask for a recovery?
No. You can contact DSBM for a one-off recovery or vehicle move. Membership is a separate service with its own terms.
How quickly can you reach me?
Call with your exact location. We will confirm current availability and an estimated arrival time based on the truck’s location, access, traffic and weather.
Can you recover a car with locked wheels?
Tell us which wheels are locked, whether the car steers and whether there is accident damage. Send photographs where possible so we can assess the equipment and access needed.
How do I get a price?
Use our online calculator for recovery or planned transport, or call for an urgent job. Vehicle condition, loading access, distance and timing affect the price. An online quote is not confirmation that a truck has been dispatched.
