Plant Trailer Hire

Terms and Conditions of Hire:

• No commercial use — trailers are for private hire only.
• Minimum hire period is 24 hours.
• All hires are subject to a refundable deposit.
• Hirers must be over 21 years old and hold a full UK driving licence.
• All trailers must be returned in a clean and undamaged condition.
• Late returns will be charged at the daily rate unless otherwise agreed.
• The hirer is fully responsible for the trailer while on hire, including theft, loss, and any damage.
• Tyre punctures or damage caused by improper loading or towing are chargeable.
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance or may incur a fee.
• No sub-letting or transferring of hire agreement is allowed.
• We reserve the right to refuse hire if documentation or conditions are not met.
• Use only vehicles rated and equipped to tow the trailer safely and legally.
• The trailer must not be left unattended in insecure areas or unhitched without a lock.
• No modification or tampering with the trailer is permitted.

Documents Required for Hire:

• Copy of your photo card driving licence (front and reverse)
• A valid DVLA check code to view your driving licence record https://www.gov.uk/view-driving-licence click to check, must be issued within 21 days of hire)
