The A98 is the coastal trunk; the A97 is the inland door. A car on the bridge is not a car on the harbour wall or on High Street. Coastal weather is exposed and onward distance from the Broch is real. Safe loading space on the harbour is limited when boats and vans are in. Industrial plots need a unit, not just AB45. Low Street, the harbour yards and Duff House car parks are not the A98. If you are already on the Banff Bridge toward Macduff, that is a live crossing with little verge. Industrial plots toward Goldenknowes need a unit, not AB45 as a location.
