Do I need the app to book recovery?
No. Call 01224 044741 for urgent help. The website and WhatsApp remain available, and the online calculator handles planned recovery and vehicle transport quotes.
Does a free download include free recovery?
No. Downloading the app is free. Recovery, transport and roadside contact are separate services with their own prices and terms.
