The business began in 2020 with vehicle transport work. Over the following six years the work expanded into 24/7 recovery calls, accident and non-runner movements, specialist vehicle transport, local breakdown membership and regular long-distance work.

Customers contact the operation directly. Vehicle condition is checked before movement, unusual jobs are planned around the actual access and loading problem, and supported jobs can use customer GPS tracking.

DSBM has helped motorists through severe Fraserburgh snow, sent three teams out to help clear Storm Floris debris through the night without charge, and received independent coverage around that work.
