Vehicle collections and deliveries for garages, dealers and bodyshops across Aberdeen, Aberdeenshire and longer UK routes.
Plan the movement around the workshop diary
Send the registration, both postcodes and the required collection window. Tell us whether the receiving site has room for a non-runner and who will take the keys. We arrange suitable movements between customers, repairers, dealers and auction sites.
Clear condition details before loading
Does it start, roll, steer and brake? Which wheel or suspension corner is damaged? Photos and workshop notes help us bring the appropriate setup. Condition photographs at collection and delivery support the handover record.
One collection or ongoing trade work
Ask about a trade account and invoicing before the first movement. For repeat jobs, include your job reference and the contact who needs arrival updates. Same-day requests can be discussed where availability and access allow.
Prepare for collection
- Workshop job reference, registration and running condition.
- Collection contact, keys and authority to release.
- Both postcodes, opening hours and a delivery contact.
- Photos, loading restrictions and agreed billing details.
Let’s plan the move
Use both postcodes for a transport quote. Send photos on WhatsApp, or call to talk through the collection.
Your questions, answered.
Can a garage arrange regular collections?
Yes. Contact DSBM to discuss trade work, account arrangements and invoicing, then quote each movement with its route and vehicle details.
Can you move a vehicle between two repairers?
Yes, for a suitable vehicle with release and receiving arrangements confirmed. Tell us if the vehicle has been partly dismantled.
Can you collect directly from an auction?
Yes, suitable auction collections can be arranged once release details, collection slots and vehicle condition are confirmed.
