Tell us about the damage before we arrive

A bent wheel, broken suspension arm or jammed steering changes how a vehicle can be loaded. Send photos of the damaged corners and tell us about loose parts, missing wheels or fluid leaks. Only take photographs from a safe place.

Scene collection and onward movement

Once the scene is safe and any police instructions allow the vehicle to be moved, we can agree collection and delivery to a garage, bodyshop or other authorised destination. If an insurer is involved, have the claim reference and their collection instructions ready.

Clear arrangements after a stressful moment

We explain the recovery price and destination before the job is agreed. Any storage or additional movement should be discussed separately, so you know what is being arranged. If anyone is injured or there is immediate danger, call 999 first.
