A96 bypass, Thainstone and the Don.
Direction of travel on the A96 is the first question for roadside work. Thainstone and the mart / industrial access need a gate, not AB51. Highclere and the retail parks have height barriers. Rural roads toward Kemnay (B993) and Oldmeldrum (B9170) are a third plan. The Don and the old town streets pinch a trailer at peak. Port Elphinstone, Thainstone mart access and Highclere are not West High Street. Height barriers on the retail parks stop the wrong trailer. If you are on the A96 bypass, direction of travel and the last roundabout beat the town name.
