The A96 is Aberdeen’s inland trunk: Craibstone and Dyce, Clinterty, Blackburn, Kintore, the Inverurie bypass and on to Huntly. DSBM reaches it from Fraserburgh, usually A90 then across — we do not keep a truck at Thainstone. Dual carriageway around Inverurie is not the same job as the older single sections toward Huntly. Landmarks that actually help: Craibstone / airport end, Clinterty and Kinellar at Blackburn, Kintore Business Park slips, Thainstone and Port Elphinstone, the Inverurie bypass roundabouts, then the A96 west toward Huntly with the A97 split. A unit number on an industrial estate beats a postcode that covers half a park. Height barriers at business parks change the trailer. Shift-change traffic at Dyce and Inverurie both sit on this road.
