Turriff sits on the A947 with the A97 tying it to Banff and Huntly. DSBM covers it from Fordafourie, Fraserburgh — a Formartine hub, not a Turriff yard. Town streets, the mart, and farms several miles out all get called “Turriff”; only the pin is true. Call 01224 044741 or send GPS. Booked collections: quotes.dsbm.uk.
A947, A97 and the Deveron hinterland.
From the Broch you may come via New Pitsligo and the A947, or via Banff. Mart traffic and livestock wagons change High Street. The A97 south is a different job from a dead car on Balmellie Street. Agricultural roads toward Cuminestown, Fyvie and Aberchirder need a farm name and a gate. We will not search AB53 without a pin. Mart days change High Street. Balmellie Street is not the A947. Farms toward Aberchirder, Cuminestown and Fyvie are miles out and still get called Turriff — the pin and the gate are the job, not AB53.
