For a breakdown in Hatton of Fintray, call DSBM with the road and nearest junction. For a planned collection, send both addresses and the vehicle details. We discuss access, loading and destination before confirming availability and the price.
Use the road name as well as Fintray
Kintore Road and Parkhill Road are on the B977, while Station Road is the B979. Include the relevant road and your direction of travel if the vehicle has stopped outside a property. For a house or business, send the actual entrance rather than a pin at a nearby junction. This is especially useful when the vehicle is behind buildings or out of sight of passing traffic.
When a vehicle cannot be driven out
Explain whether the vehicle rolls, steers and can select neutral, and send the model if you are unsure. Tell us about collision damage, flat tyres or a parking brake that will not release. A clear photograph of the available loading space helps us assess the recovery. Please do not arrange for neighbours to push it into the road just to make access look easier; discuss the position first.
A price based on the actual job
For transport to a garage or another address, supply the collection and delivery details together. If a vehicle has left the road or is on soft ground, say so before asking for a standard transport price. Additional handling and equipment affect the work involved. We confirm what is included, when collection can happen and how the handover will work before you book. The map can help identify your area; it cannot confirm dispatch.
