Weight, size and contents
Include the total loaded weight, pallet dimensions and height. Tell us what is on the pallet and whether the load needs to remain covered or upright. Photos help us understand the load and how it is secured.
Loading and unloading
Tell us what equipment is available at both ends and who will be there to help with the handover. Do not assume a tail lift, crane or forklift is included. We confirm a suitable loading plan before accepting the job.
Collection times and access
Include opening hours, loading-bay instructions and any access restrictions. A farm entrance, commercial yard and residential address need different arrangements. Agree the contact person and any reference required for release.
One-off and regular enquiries
We welcome enquiries for suitable one-off movements and recurring work. Availability and the price depend on the load, route and dates. Call or send the details on WhatsApp; a quotation is subject to confirming the job.
