Clear information for customers using DSBM for recovery, transport or mobile workshop support.
DSBM Auto Center Ltd aims to operate with public liability insurance in place for business activities. This helps protect customers and the public where DSBM is legally responsible for covered incidents.
Insurance does not remove the need for customers to keep their own vehicle insurance active unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Vehicles are loaded, secured and transported with care. Customers should remove personal belongings, loose items, valuables and any items not part of the vehicle before collection.
Where needed, DSBM may take photos or videos before loading, after loading and at delivery to record condition and handling.
Vehicles that are broken down, accident damaged, lowered, modified, stuck, seized, locked, flat or non-running may already have faults or damage. DSBM is not responsible for pre-existing damage, mechanical failure or issues caused by the vehicle’s condition.
The customer must provide accurate vehicle details, location, access information, keys where required, running condition, known faults and any special loading concerns before the job starts.
