How we planned it
Before moving the vehicle, we confirmed its condition, access, wheel movement and destination. The loading approach was selected around the actual vehicle rather than assuming it could be treated like a normal runner.
Customer communication
Clear updates were provided from collection through to delivery. Supported jobs can also use DSBM customer GPS tracking.
