Accident vehicle collections and onward transport for customers, insurers and repairers, with condition and release details agreed before travel.
From the scene or yard to the next destination
DSBM arranges suitable damaged-vehicle collections for onward delivery to a repairer, bodyshop or agreed storage destination. Give us the claim reference, collection contact and written movement instructions where available.
A clear vehicle condition record
Share photographs of the vehicle and explain wheel, steering, suspension or underside damage. A vehicle moved earlier by specialist equipment may still need a particular loading setup at the next collection. Keys and release authority should be available before we travel.
Confirm authority and payment
Tell us who is instructing the job and who has agreed to pay. Recovery and storage are not automatically covered by every policy. We confirm the work and price; your insurer confirms any cover or reimbursement.
Tell us these details
- Claim or job reference and the instructing contact.
- Collection authority and any police release restrictions.
- Condition photos, keys and loading requirements.
- Receiving repairer, delivery window and billing details.
Contact DSBM
Call for availability, an arrival estimate and a clear price. WhatsApp is handy for photos and your location; call to arrange urgent help.
Your questions, answered.
Can you collect directly from a bodyshop or yard?
Yes, suitable collections can be arranged once the vehicle has been released and the site has confirmed access and collection details.
Can recovery be billed to an insurer?
Billing needs to be agreed with the instructing party before the job. An insurer must authorise its own payment arrangements; we do not promise automatic cover.
What if the vehicle is on police hold?
Tell us before booking. Movement can only be arranged when the relevant authority allows release.
