Tell us if you have left the A97

A town name alone can place you several miles from the vehicle. If you turned onto a farm road, estate drive or a route towards the Cabrach, name that turn and send the actual vehicle location. Describe any snow, standing water or difficult surface you can see without putting yourself at risk.

What to tell us

We need the registration, vehicle type, fault and whether the wheels roll and steer. For rural collections, add the gate width, firm standing and whether there is somewhere to turn. A nearby landmark helps, but please keep the pin at the vehicle rather than the landmark.

Local delivery and long-distance transport

Longer transport can be arranged from a garage, farm or private address off the A97. If you need a vehicle taken beyond Aberdeenshire, provide the final destination when requesting a quote. We will discuss collection access and timing for the full journey.
