Event and retail traffic at the south end is real. We come in from the AWPR or A90, not from Union Street. Garthdee campus parking, Riverside Drive and the A92 circulatory are three different loading plans. Event traffic at the south retail end eats the verge. If you are already west toward Holburn, you are on a city street, not the bridge — send that pin.
