Bought a suitable vehicle at Copart? Send the lot details and delivery postcode for a planned collection and transport quote from DSBM.
The lot description is only the starting point
Send current listing photos and tell us about missing wheels, suspension damage, steering problems or a vehicle stuck in park. A damaged car can need different handling at delivery from the method used to load it at the yard.
Confirm release before the journey
Provide the Copart location, lot reference, authorised collection details and any confirmed slot or instructions supplied by the site. Ensure your payment and release arrangements are complete before collection is booked.
Plan unloading at the destination too
A non-rolling vehicle delivered to a narrow driveway creates a different job from one going to an equipped bodyshop. Send access photos and agree where the vehicle will be placed. We assess the whole move before confirming suitability.
Prepare for collection
- Copart location, lot reference and delivery postcode.
- Current photographs and exact wheel or suspension condition.
- Collection authority, release confirmation and site instructions.
- Destination access and unloading arrangements.
Let’s plan the move
Use both postcodes for a transport quote. Send photos on WhatsApp, or call to talk through the collection.
Your questions, answered.
Can you collect a damaged Copart vehicle?
We assess suitable damaged vehicles individually. Photos, actual weight, wheel condition and unloading access determine the equipment required.
Can you transport a car with missing wheels?
It requires a specific assessment. Tell us which wheels or suspension components are missing and where the vehicle must be unloaded.
Are you part of Copart?
No. DSBM Recovery is an independent transport business. We can arrange suitable customer-instructed collections after the site releases the vehicle.
