During severe snow and drifting around Fraserburgh, Dylan described continuous recovery calls and the effort to get stranded people home safely and warm.
“We’re just trying to get everyone home and safe and warm.”
Community response after Storm Floris
DSBM sent three teams across Aberdeenshire to help clear fallen trees and debris through the night. The work continued until 5am and was provided without charge as part of the company’s community response.
Ford Ranger PHEV experience in Iceland
Dylan was invited to take part in a Ford Ranger PHEV experience in Iceland, including towing and off-road exercises. It offered a chance to assess new pickup technology from the perspective of someone who uses 4x4s and towing equipment in real working conditions.
What customers deal with directly
Customers are asked for the exact location, vehicle condition, wheel movement, access and destination. Those details help determine the loading method and reduce avoidable delays or damage.
