Dylan Masson built DSBM from local vehicle transport work in Fraserburgh into the wider recovery and automotive business it is becoming today.
Six years of building DSBM.
Starting in 2020, the operation grew through transport work, difficult recoveries and direct customer relationships rather than a national call-centre model.
Community response.
During severe snow, Dylan spoke to BBC Scotland News while DSBM and friends worked to help stranded motorists. After Storm Floris, DSBM sent three teams through the night clearing debris and fallen trees, with the assistance provided without charge.
Operator experience beyond the road.
Dylan was also invited to Iceland for Ford Ranger PHEV towing and off-road exercises, bringing a practical recovery and trailer-operator perspective to the experience.
