How a DSBM trade account works.

Set the account once: garage or dealer name, invoice email, and who to WhatsApp on the day. After that, each movement is a postcode pair plus condition. No fake countdown, no “book your MOT” form. If the car is on a Copart or BCA yard, send the lot number with the photos.

What sits on the account

• Invoicing to the business, not a card terminal at the side of the A90.
• Regular dealer swaps, courtesy cars and bodyshop inbounds.
• Copart and BCA collections, including vehicles that do not roll.
• Load and unload photographs attached to the job.

Turnaround without the spam

North-East workshop drops are often same-day when access and the live diary allow. UK and Ireland runs are booked, with ferry time called out on Ireland jobs. We will not promise a slot we cannot keep.

What we need on the first job

Business name, invoice email, both postcodes, registration, whether it starts and rolls, locked or missing wheels, and photos of corners and the loading surface. After that, repeat customers can send a short WhatsApp with the lot number and the drop address.
